This course is designed to help you develop the culinary skills necessary for school meal preparation. Topics covered include mise en place, knife skills, batch cooking, presentation, weighing/measuring, portioning, and baking. Please bring: Kitchen uniform, closed toed shoes, hair cover and an apron. These items are required for the training. You may bring the completed liability waiver or complete it on site on the first day of the training. |
