2017 SNAL Annual State Conference  - Double Tree by Hilton Hotel Accommodation


The host hotel will be the gorgeous Double Tree by Hilton Hotel, located at 1521 Pinhook Road, Lafayette. Reservations can be made by a specific web link set up for our block.  It is  Guests that do not have access to a computer reservations can be made by calling 1-800-445-8667 and mention the group code “SNA.” You must identify youself as a member of “SNA” when making individual or group reservations in order to qualify for the group rates. All reservations must be made no later than May 22, 2017 at 12:00 A.M. to receive the special group rates. Any requests received after the deadline will be handled on a space availability basis only. All rooms reserved must have names listed with the hotel according to occupancy. Rates are Single and Double Rate per night $119.00, Triple Rate per night $129.00.. Tax exempt forms must be presented when checking in.  Reservations must be guaranteed with one night deposit or major credit card.  Check in time is 4:00 pm and check out is noon.  Large groups should notify hotel of approximate arrival time.  Parking is free!   Guest checking out prior to the confirmed departure date will result in a $50 early departure administrative fee.

ALL HOTEL ROOMS INCLUDE:  luxury linens, down pillows, preminum Crabtree & Evelyn Citron bath accessories; alarm clock radio with MP3 capabilities; premium cable TV with HBO and music channels; large personal work desk with ergonomic chair; high speed internet access; individual climate control; and coffeemaker with complimentary coffee & tea.

Guests will be required to prepay the first night’s room and tax deposit upon booking the reservations. The first night's deposit can be made by using a major credit card. All room, tax and incidental charges will be the responsibility of each individual guest.  No check will be accepted upon check-in. If a check is to be used as a form of payment, then the check must be received 14 days prior to check in date. Money orders and cashier checks are acceptable.

Please note that no checks will be accepted upon hotel check in.

LARGE GROUPS ARRIVING BY BUS:  Should contact the hotel the day before their arrival with their estimated time of arrival.


Bus shuttle will be available between the Hilton and Convention Center on Thursday, June 9th beginning at 8:00 a.m. through 3:30 p.m. at no charge to the membership.  The bus shuttle will leave and depart from the conference hotel, Doubletree by Hilton, only, NO other hotel locations will be included.  On Tuesday, June 13th beginning at 3:30 pm and resuming at 5:15 p.m., for the bowling transportation shuttle to Lafayette Lanes, attendees board the bus with a bowling ticket which will be given once the attendee registers for the bowling party .  Tuesday night the mall shuttle bus will be leaving the hotel for the Mall of Acadiana at 6:30 p.m. and returning 9:00 p.m and a mall bus ticket is needed.  Tuesday night Casino Bus boarding will require the ticket received through registration for the casino tour.
