2019 SNAL Exhibition Booth Information

Astor Crown Plaza, New Orleans June 18-20, 2019
The Premier or VIP Showing of Exhibits will be held on Thursday, June 20th from 8:00 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. The ribbon cutting being held at 9:25 am – 9:30 am. This will be a time for you to showcase your product, equipment and services to Directors, Supervisors, and purchasing personnel on a one-to-one basis. This year Chapter Presidents and Cafeteria Managers will also attend the Premier VIP Showing of Exhibits.

Booth Assignments

Non-corporate partner booth assignments are based on a first come, first serve basis once your registration/contract and payment is received. NOTE: Corporate partners will receive first preference for booth assignments.

Electrical, Audio/Visual & Technology

The hotel has wall outlets around the perimeter of the exhibit space, but depending on where your booth is, you may have to order electrical power. All electrical power needed must be ordered and paid for directly to ‘PSAV’, the official audio visual (AV) provider of the Astor Crowne Plaza. Allan Richards, is the Director of Event Technology for PSAV. PSAV also manages the internet, telecom and exhibit electrical services. Booth numbers will be issued by Monday, April 29, 2019 giving amble time to make necessary exhibit purchases. Please submit your payment to PSAV at least 11 days prior to conference to secure the advanced payment rate or you will have to pay the full on-site rate after the deadline.

Corporate Partnership Booths

All Corporate Partnership Sponsor booth spaces will be assigned in the order received before any non-corporate sponsor registrants. All corporate partner sponsors will be recognized in the exhibit area by an oval shaped logo sign, indicating the level (platinum, gold, silver, bronze) of sponsorship in addition to benefits listed in corporate partnership level purchased.

Booth Contest

The conference color scheme will be RED, BLACK & BLUE. Each booth should include at least one item focusing on the theme and colors. The conference theme is: “SURVIVAL OF THE FITTEST: EMERGING VICTORIOUS IN CHILD NUTRITION” Our conference also has a sub theme, which is “OUT SMILE, OUT PERFORM, OUT SERVICE” as shown in the conference logo below.

Booth “Tribal” Awards Will Be Given After The Premier Vip Showing.

Shipping To Venue

Equipment and food items may be shipped to the Astor Crowne Plaza Hotel. Deliveries will not be accepted prior to Monday, June 17, 2019. A storage fee of $7.50 per box, per day/or $100 per pallet per day will be billed to your hotel account for boxes shipped to the hotel. All deliveries must be shipped and CLEARLY Labeled:
