About School Nutrition Association of Louisiana

The School Nutrition Association of Louisiana is a nonprofit organization founded in 1954. SNAL represents 77 local chapters and 3,000 members who provide high-quality, low-cost meals to students across Louisiana.

Every student has access to nutritious meals at school, ensuring their optimal health and well-being.


We are a state organization of school nutrition professionals committed to advancing the quality of school meal programs through education and advocacy.
